Gochujang Kim Chee Dip

Name: Gochujang Kim Chee Dip
Ingredients: 1 cup kim chee, chopped; 2-4 tbs gochujang paste; 1 tsp sugar; 1 tbs Parmesan, grated; 1 lemon, zested; 1 tbs lemon, juice; 2 tsp kosher salt; 1 brick cream cheese, softened; 1/4 cup sour cream; 1 tsp gochugaru flakes; 1 tsp granulated garlic

Deep chili flavor from gochujan, tangy pickled deliciousneess from kim chee, spiciness from both tempered by cream cheese balanaced on top of a cool ranch dorito. Can you imagine anything better?

1/4 cupsour cream

Spices

1 tspgochugaru flakes
1 tspgranulated garlic

Directions

mix together cream chees, sour cream, gochujang paste, salt till smooth. Add gochujang till you are happy with spice level
mix in everything else, stir till combined
sprinkle a few extra gochugaru flakes on top for presentation
serve with fritos, cool ranch doritos
