Parsley Caper Sauce for Fish

Name: Parsley Caper Sauce for Fish
Ingredients: 1 handful parsley, washed; 1 tbs capers; 1 small shallot, roughly chopped; 1 clove garlic, chopped; 1/4 cup olive oil; 1 lemon juice of half, zest of whole; 1 big pinch kosher salt; A few grinds black pepper

Simple sauce makes your fish delicious. Use this with any white (seabass) or pink (salmon) fish. It would probably suck with tuna.

Mise en Place

Ingredients

1 handfulparsley, washed
1 tbscapers
1 smallshallot, roughly chopped
1 clovegarlic, chopped
1/4 cupolive oil
1 lemonjuice of half, zest of whole
1 big pinchkosher salt
A few grindsblack pepper

Equipment

1mason jar
1stick blender

Directions

Put everything in the mason jar
Blend with the stick
Thin if needed with more oil, adjust salt
Use as sauce for fish
