Time to rub some ribs! Sorta texas style!
Time to rub some ribs!
It’s texan in as much as there is pepper and no brown sugar. It’s not texan in as much as there is more than salt and pepper. Go ahead texans. Debate.
I like to use this with ribs that get sauced on the grill. Delicious!

- 2 tbskosher salt
- 1 tbsgranulated garlic
- 1 tbsground cumin
Ingredients
- 1 tbsground pepper
- 1 tbshot paprika
- 1 tspground coriander
